"I recently canceled both my home and auto policies with LaVonne Gorsuch Insurance Agency after one of the most stressful and heartbreaking experiences I’ve ever had with an insurance company.

For nearly a year, I fought to understand why my wind and hail roof claim was denied while my next-door neighbor’s roof — same age, same type of roof, same roofer — was approved. It never made sense, and honestly, it still doesn’t.

I am a senior citizen, single, and I had no one helping me navigate any of this. The stress was overwhelming. Countless phone calls, emails, inspections, photos, reports, and sleepless nights… all while feeling like no one was truly listening.
